Carroll Consultancy is delighted to announce the appointment of Jackie Duggan to the firm as an Agricultural Technician. Jackie worked for over 25 years with the Department of Agriculture up until his retirement in 2012. He was appointed District Superintendent of the Claremorris Department office in 1997 and was responsible for the implementation of the farm grant schemes, REPS, AEOS and other Department funded programmes.

At the announcement of his appointment, our Managing Director, Breian Carroll said ‘Jackie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team where he will be assisting our large client base with their developments under the Targeted Agricultural Modernisation Scheme (TAMS)’ He added ‘Jackie, with 25 years farm grant experience, fulfills the unique service we now provide to farmers, where we complete the design of the proposed development, the planning process and application, outline the proposed cost for the farmer and submit the entire farm grant and grant payment applications’.
